USPS Fails

So I FINALLY got my book in the mail, I was happy but I am shocked in the condition it arrived in. Someone had a bit too much fun with a knife...the package my book was in was completely torn and someone tried to fix it with tape....BandMerch said it was gonna come via the UPS, it came via the USPS...I guess that's the Mail Innovations part...well, anyway, it came here late, I think the book is in an ok condition but the plastic covering it was also cut. I'm disappointed in the USPS, it wasn't even the UPS's fault it was all USPS. *sigh* I have yet to see how's my book, I'll take off the plastic now...
THEY CUT MY BOOK!!!!! You can bet I AM going to complain now! It looks like a kid cut this up, they need to be more CAREFUL! Argh.
